This User Agreement governs your use of WeightScale.my and your interaction with Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd in relation to weighing scale products, POS integration, calibration support, enquiries, quotations, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or communicating with us, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using this website and do not submit information through it.

2. Website Operator

WeightScale.my is a weighing scale solution brand under Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd. All website content, enquiries, product information, and business communications are managed by or on behalf of Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd.

3. Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, certification references, availability, compatibility, and pricing information are provided for general business reference only. They may change without prior notice due to supplier updates, model changes, certification changes, stock availability, technical revisions, or commercial decisions.

4. Quotations, Orders and Payment

Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. Any purchase, service arrangement, delivery, installation, calibration support, or POS integration work is subject to written quotation, confirmation, payment terms, stock availability, technical feasibility, taxes, delivery charges, and any additional terms issued by Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd. Unless confirmed in writing, verbal discussions, website content, or preliminary messages are not final commitments.

5. POS Integration and Compatibility

POS weighing scale integration depends on hardware model, interface, operating environment, POS software, configuration, and third-party systems. Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party device, platform, software version, or business workflow unless confirmed in writing.

6. Certification and Calibration

Certification, NMIM references, KPDNHEP-related references, MCM verification, and calibration information are provided for general guidance. Regulatory requirements may change, and customers remain responsible for ensuring that purchased equipment, usage, verification, and re-verification meet their own legal, industry, and operational obligations.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate enquiry information, use the website lawfully, verify that selected products fit your intended usage, operating environment, capacity, compliance needs, and business workflow, avoid submitting spam or malicious content, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, compromise, or misuse any website, form, server, email, or business communication system.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, layout, text, graphics, images, icons, branding, code, and other materials are owned by Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd, licensed to us, or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd may require access to relevant hardware, software, network settings, POS configuration, site conditions, or third-party vendor cooperation before support can be completed.

13. Delivery, Risk and Site Readiness

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location, power supply, counter space, network environment, POS access, and authorised personnel are ready for installation, testing, or handover where applicable.

14. Returns, Warranty and Claims

Warranty, return, replacement, service, and claim handling are subject to the applicable quotation, invoice, supplier policy, manufacturer warranty, inspection result, and Malaysian law. Damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable environment, third-party software issues, or normal wear and tear may not be covered.

15. Confidentiality

Any non-public pricing, quotation, technical configuration, integration detail, business proposal, customer data, or commercial discussion shared by Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd must be treated as confidential unless we give written permission or the information is already publicly available through lawful means.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd, its directors, staff, suppliers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, breach of this User Agreement, unlawful conduct, third-party system issues, or use of products outside agreed specifications or legal requirements.

17. Force Majeure

Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier delays, customs issues, power failures, network outages, third-party platform downtime, labour disruption, epidemic, natural disaster, government action, or other unforeseen events.

18. Claim Time Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any website-related complaint, quotation dispute, product information dispute, or service concern must be raised promptly and in any case within a reasonable time after the issue becomes known, so that Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd has a fair opportunity to investigate and respond.

19. Changes to Terms

Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd may update this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.

20. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Bizcloud Asia Sdn Bhd.
